WHAT THIS COVERS

This policy describes what happens to personal data when you visit theclankers.com (the “Site”) and when you join the waitlist for the button and the merch.

WHAT WE COLLECT WHEN YOU VISIT

Nothing that identifies you. The Site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. Videos, images and fonts are served from the Site itself: your browser doesn’t connect to anyone else unless you follow a link (to TikTok or Instagram, for example).

Like every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which handles the technical data needed to send you the pages (such as your IP address) for delivery and security. We don’t keep visitor logs ourselves.

WHAT WE COLLECT WHEN YOU JOIN THE WAITLIST

Three things:

• your email address
• the date and time you signed up
• the fact that you ticked the consent box

Nothing else. We don’t ask for your name and we don’t build a profile of you.

WHY, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

Only to email you when the button and the merch are out. We won’t use your address for anything else and we won’t sell it.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing it doesn’t affect what we did before.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Nobody, except Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the Site and the database where the list is stored (in the European Union). Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Some of its servers are outside the European Union; for those transfers its agreement uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

DATA RETENTION

Until you ask us to remove your email, or for 24 months from the day you signed up, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you (access)
• correct it (rectification)
• delete it (erasure)
• stop using it (objection), or restrict how we use it
• give it to you in a portable format (portability)

Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. You can withdraw your consent the same way. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

MINORS

If you are under 14, please don’t join the waitlist.

CHANGES

We’ll update this policy when the Site changes (for example, when the shop opens). The date at the top says when it last changed.

QUÉ RECOGEMOS CUANDO VISITAS EL SITIO

Nada que te identifique. El Sitio no usa cookies, ni analítica, ni píxeles de seguimiento, ni publicidad. Los vídeos, las imágenes y la tipografía salen del propio Sitio: tu navegador no se conecta a nadie más salvo que sigas un enlace (a TikTok o Instagram, por ejemplo).

Como cualquier web, el Sitio lo entrega un proveedor de alojamiento, Cloudflare, que trata los datos técnicos necesarios para enviarte las páginas (como tu dirección IP) por motivos de entrega y seguridad. Nosotros no guardamos registros de visitas.

QUÉ RECOGEMOS CUANDO TE APUNTAS A LA LISTA

Tres cosas:

• tu dirección de correo electrónico
• la fecha y la hora en que te apuntaste
• que marcaste la casilla de consentimiento

Nada más. No pedimos tu nombre ni hacemos un perfil sobre ti.

PARA QUÉ Y CON QUÉ BASE JURÍDICA

Solo para escribirte cuando salgan el botón y el merchandising. No usaremos tu dirección para nada más y no la venderemos.

La base jurídica es tu consentimiento (artículo 6.1.a del RGPD), que das al marcar la casilla. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras; retirarlo no afecta a lo que hicimos antes.

QUIÉN MÁS LO VE

Nadie, salvo Cloudflare, Inc., que aloja el Sitio y la base de datos donde se guarda la lista (en la Unión Europea). Cloudflare trata los datos por cuenta nuestra según su contrato de encargo del tratamiento. Algunos de sus servidores están fuera de la Unión Europea; para esas transferencias su contrato usa las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

CUÁNTO TIEMPO LO GUARDAMOS

Hasta que nos pidas que borremos tu correo, o durante 24 meses desde el día en que te apuntaste, lo que ocurra antes. Después lo borramos.

TUS DERECHOS

Puedes pedirnos que:

• te digamos qué datos tenemos sobre ti (acceso)
• los corrijamos (rectificación)
• los borremos (supresión)
• dejemos de usarlos (oposición) o limitemos su uso
• te los demos en un formato portátil (portabilidad)

Escribe a [email protected] desde la dirección con la que te apuntaste. Puedes retirar tu consentimiento de la misma manera. Si crees que hemos tratado mal tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

MENORES

Si tienes menos de 14 años, por favor no te apuntes a la lista.

CAMBIOS

Actualizaremos esta política cuando el Sitio cambie (por ejemplo, cuando abra la tienda). La fecha de arriba indica el último cambio.
