WHAT THE SITE IS
The Site presents The Clankers, a series of short videos published on TikTok and Instagram, shows its merchandise and runs a waitlist for it.
The people in the videos are fictional characters. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. What they say is part of a work of fiction and does not state the views of Greenkeys S.L.
THE SHOP
For now the shop is a catalogue: nothing can be bought on the Site. Prices are shown for information, in euros, VAT included. When sales open, the terms of sale (orders, payment, delivery, the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee) will be published here before the first order.
THE WAITLIST
You can leave your email to hear when the button and the merch are out. Joining is free, doesn’t oblige you to buy anything and doesn’t reserve a product. How we handle your email is explained in the Privacy policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The videos, characters, names, the logo, the button and every text and image on the Site belong to Greenkeys S.L. or are used with permission. You may watch them and share links to them. You may not copy, sell or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site links to TikTok, Instagram and other services. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
LIABILITY
We keep the Site working and its information correct as best we can, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
CHANGES
We may change these terms when the Site changes. The date at the top says when they last changed.
LAW AND COURTS
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and you can go to the courts there.

LA TIENDA
Por ahora la tienda es un catálogo: en el Sitio no se puede comprar nada. Los precios se muestran a título informativo, en euros, IVA incluido. Cuando abran las ventas, las condiciones de venta (pedidos, pago, envío, el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días y la garantía legal) se publicarán aquí antes del primer pedido.
LA LISTA DE ESPERA

Los vídeos, los personajes, los nombres, el logotipo, el botón y todos los textos e imágenes del Sitio son de Greenkeys S.L. o se usan con permiso. Puedes verlos y compartir enlaces a ellos. No puedes copiarlos, venderlos ni reutilizarlos con fines comerciales sin nuestro permiso por escrito.

El Sitio enlaza a TikTok, Instagram y otros servicios. Tienen sus propias condiciones y políticas de privacidad, y no somos responsables de ellos.
